01Which Iron Goat pages will you build?
Before you subscribe, we’ll list the Iron Goat pages, inquiry paths, and first priorities in writing. The preview shows the design direction; the final page list is agreed with you. Essential covers routine care and small changes. Build & Improve adds one bounded monthly deliverable. Ongoing Partnership supports a continuous queue. Larger or complex projects are phased across months or quoted separately before work starts.
02What does turnaround mean?
The response windows above are for reviewing your request, not guaranteeing completion. You receive a delivery estimate after scope is agreed. Timing depends on complexity, the current queue, access, content, and your approvals. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
03What is included in the monthly price?
Standard website hosting and the work agreed for your plan. Domain renewals, CRM and email subscriptions, messaging usage, paid assets, advertising, and other third-party charges are separate. Any additional expense requires your approval first.
04What happens to unfinished or unused work?
Agreed projects continue according to their delivery plan. The subscription reserves ongoing service capacity, not banked hours. Unused monthly capacity does not accumulate. If a project needs several months, we agree on its milestones before starting.
05How does the commitment work?
Both payment options have no setup fee. Monthly billing has a 12-month initial commitment, then continues month-to-month. Yearly billing is one upfront payment for 12 months of the selected plan. We’ll confirm renewal arrangements before checkout. Ownership, handoff, cancellation notice, early-exit obligations, and billing terms will be clearly documented in the service agreement before checkout.
06Sam, what happens after the first payment?
Once we confirm the scope and terms and your first payment is complete, I’ll start the remaining agreed Iron Goat pages. We’ll gather the access, service details, and approved photos needed to finish the work. I’ll share the next milestone with you, test the agreed inquiry paths, and get your approval before launch.
